Rich
McNally and Peg Fulton purchased the building at 5th Street and Central Avenue in May 1998. Not only are they dedicated
to making this a quality and friendly Bed and Breakfast, this is also a home that they share with their Parkside
kids Dylan, Brandon, and Teresa, and their outdoor Parkside cat Yoshi.
Rich has been a long time resident of Ocean City and has served on the Historic Preservation Committee for ten
years and the Ocean City Planning Board for five. He also manages a 41 unit coop condominium which he has done
for 15 years. Besides being an electrician and someone who can fix and build just about anything, Rich also has
years of experience managing properties.
Peg is from the Washington D.C. area and has been a frequent vacationer to this town for many years. Her background
is in Communication Arts and has been working as an Art Director and in Communication Marketing for the past 20
years, and as a mom for 11, and now manages the Parkside. Rich and Peg enjoy spending time with their family, hosting
their guests, sailing on their boat, collecting antiques, and going to the beach.
Both Rich and Peg are involved in Citizens for Historic Preservation, with Rich serving as the group's Vice
President. They are concerned with helping to preserve Ocean City's history and with keeping the town a favorite
seashore resort, that families have come to visit and enjoy for generations. |
