Rooms accommodate 1 to 6 persons Single room--One Queen Bed (Q) Double room--2 Double Beds (2D's) Large room--One Queen, 1 Double, 1 Twin (Q/D/T) Cots are also available for additional persons $20 additional charge for room change after check-in Minimum two night stay on Weekends in July and August Check-in time is 2:00 p.m., Check out time is 11:00 a.m. Cottage Rates $750 per week for 6 people, $10.00 per day/night for additional persons using the Parkside facilities or for a night stay. Maximum capacity for overnight stay is 8. Reservation/Cancellation Policy Reservations are held with a credit card number (VISA/MC) and/or a one night deposit for less than a 3 night stay. If The Parkside is notified of a cancellation in seven or more days prior to reservation, then the full deposit will be refunded. There is a 50% non-refundable deposit required for 3 or more nights, for multiple room reservations, and for group rates.
